2008 YWCA Women on the Move Awards

Thanks to Allison T for nominating me for the YWCA Woman on the Move Award. We had a great time at the Awards Banquet on December 14. It was such an honor to see all the women recognized. They showed video interviews of the Lifetime Achievement Award winners Mary Belle McCorkle, Priscilla Robinson, and Jessie Zander and the Iris Dewhirst Award winner Betsy Bolding. The Business Leadership Award Winner was Jan Lesher and the Corporate Award winner JP Morgan Chase. All of the Women on the Move honoree's received certificates signed by the Governor and we had our names up on the big screens. I've included a photograph of Sarah G, Allison, and me.
