Strategic Thinking Requires a New Paradigm

Recently I have read several things different people have written about how the strategic plan is the most important thing for an organization's success and every time I see another one of these I think - That is interesting. What world are they living in? Because it is not the same world that I am living in.

Then I found out that a colleague had written some articles on Strategic Thinking for Boards of Directors in the Social Sector and when I read it, I kept thinking Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! - So here's a link to Terrie Temkin's articles on Strategic Thinking - I think you'll enjoy them. Thanks Terrie!
