We have been all over the East Coast presenting during the past two weeks.
Thank you to all the people and organizations who made our presentations possible, and all the people who came to our presentations. We were inspired by the:
-CDC Steps Grantees who came to share their experience in creating sustainable change,
-the graduates of Leadership New Jersey and the friends of graduates who came to explore what is possible by working together across sectors,
-the clinicians, family members, state and federal staff and others who are providing support to adolescents and families impacted by substance abuse, and
-staff of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention who explored an alternate paradigm - strengths based approaches to change, sustainability, and impact.
Thanks to the City of Cleveland for funding our presentation at the STEPS Grantee meeting, Leadership New Jersey and the Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, NJ for supporting our workshop in New Jersey, the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention! Cassandra and Kate.
